CSR ACTIVITY - NGO STALL
“Good actions give strength to ourselves and inspire good actions in others. An effort made for the happiness of others lifts us above ourselves. We cannot do great things on this Earth, Only small things with great love.”
All the NGOs of our country help in developing the self-esteem, confidence and skills of the individuals specially the girls and women folk who have been deprived of good education. They know little apart from the household chores that they are required to do on a daily basis and are confined to the four walls of their houses.
The CSR team of Delhi Public School Gandhinagar met few NGO’s of Ahmedabad and expressed its feeling towards women empowerment with providing a platform to showcase their handmade products in the school premises on: 3rd, 4th& 5th Oct 2019. The handmade jewellery, soaps, wall hangings and bags were appreciated and praised by all and were also in demand.
Parents of the students of classes I to VIII who had come to attend the Open House of their wards purchased many products from the stalls and contributed in bringing a smile on their faces of the sellers. Active contribution from the staff members was also seen.

Objectives of the Event:
Delhi Public School Gandhinagar pays gratitude to the parents who have always helped and made such events successful by contributing a good share for a good cause.
