CSR Activity

About the Event CSR Team of Delhi Public School Gandhinagar organized a special visit to different NGOS. Objective of the Event The objective of the event was to spread the message of sympathy, love and sacrifices to the society. The Event Once Winston S. Churchill said that “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” The New Year 2020 at Delhi Public School Gandhinagar begins with a bang, where the CSR Team started with their stupendous work. The team with great ardour helped the underprivileged children, gave academic support to youth as well as empathetic support was given to old age people. CSR Team distributed food items like cooking oil cans, chikki and other food items to Navjot Blind Association. The people in the blind association were very overwhelmed by the things they received. Then in other NGO Jeevan Tirth Welfare of the Society the youth were given support academically where Sample Question Papers of Board Exams for std. 10 &12 were handover to the children who were in need. The CSR Team also spread the warmth by distributing100 blankets to the old age people. It was a divine and heart touching experience altogether and the day ended with positive note. Four schools in and around Gandhinagar along with the students participated in this noble cause.
