Note:
The School reserves the right to revise the fees as determined by the Schools Board of Management. The fee revision will be linked with the national cost of living index and current inflation rates which may amount to an increase of 10-12% annually or more. The School management can increase the transport fees with the increase in fuel rates.

Mode of Payment:

  • Admission fees – Demand Draft/ pay order in favour of Bholaram Education Society A/c DPS, Payable at Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad.
  • Annual Charges & Tuition fees – Cheque /DD in favour of “DPS Gandhinagar A/c Tuition Fees”.
  • Transport fees – Cheque / DD in favour of “DPS Gandhinagar A/c Transport fees”.

  • Annual Charges will be collected at the beginning of the academic session.
  • All payments (tuition fee & transport fee) of new admissions as well as existing students may be deposited through Post Dated Cheques at the starting of the session (Please keep sufficient balance to honour PDC cheques). Payment of all kind of fees should be made by Cheque / DD only. The accounts department will issue a temporary receipt to the parents and final receipt will be issued to them after the clearance of Cheque.  
  • All payments will be collected only by the accounts department. The last date for fees collection will be the 10th of every quarter beginning April’10/July’10/Oct’10./Jan’10.If parents fail to pay fees before the last date, a late fine of Rs.50/- each will be charges respectively for tuition fee and transport fee for every week thereafter.
  • Fees will be collected only on Saturdays after 10th of April’10/July’10/Oct’10/Jan’11.
  • In case of bounced cheque, a cheque return charges of Rs.200/- & late fee will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.
  • Parents will be informed in time about the fees collection procedure.
  • Please don’t send any type of fees by School Bus Drivers/conductors.

*Rules regarding issue of school leaving certificate & refund of Caution fee deposit of students.

  • Blank application forms for School Leaving certificate & Caution fee refund are available at the school’s reception. 15 working days will be required to process application for school leaving certificate/refund of caution fee deposit.
  • School leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared for the quarter during which school leaving certificate is being issued.
  • In case of non- payment of dues, same will be adjusted from the caution fee deposit.
  • Only caution fee deposits are refundable once the admission is taken in the school
  • Admissions granted in the middle of session are entitled to pay the tuition fees & Transport fees from the beginning of the session.
  • It is mandatory to pay the tuition fee/transport fee after academic session has started even though the student has not reported for the new session / has not applied for the school leaving certificate and refund of caution fee deposit with the school.
  • Annual charges are payable annually at the beginning of academic session and it is non refundable i.e. any mid term withdrawal of student has to pay annual charges in full.
  • Any fees paid for a student is not adjustable with other student.
  • Any disputes are subject to Gandhinagar Jurisdiction only.
